Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches Branding

According to wikipedia.org, Jimmy John Liautaud graduated second-to-last in his 1982 high school class. Clearly a case study on how little grades matter. Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwich Shops are one of the fastest growing U.S. franchises. It's a B-I-G brand steeped in irreverance and charm, just like Jimmy himself. Biggest challenge? Keeping this well established (and wordy!) vernacular fresh across the board, from product packaging to a 3 month campaign kit of materials for new franchisees.
